Description: Health and Fitness Trainer Diane Cadinha was our Guest Speaker. She brought along her client 90 yr Joan to show us how to keep our muscles moving as we age.

Health and fitness trainer Diane Cadinha and her client Joan. I am sure that Joan wouldn't mind us telling her age! 90! She is the picture of health. Joan said she didn't start exercising until she was 79! Anna Fishburn decided to try out the pilates ball. Good job, Anna! Good exercising, Anna!! Diane explains how to work our core muscles for better stability. Joan demonstrated stretches and work on the stability ball. Our members watched with interest as Diane and Joan showed us how to stay fit after 50! (Or before....!)
Joan demonstrated how to strengthen core muscles by doing sit ups on the stability ball. Joan demonstrated how to stretch your muscles with a simple elastic band. 90 yr old Joan is in amazing shape! What an inspiration she is! President Chuck Harris and PE Paul Jurcsak welcomed our International Rotarian guest and exchanged banners with her. PP Liz Kane with DGE Chet and PDG Pam Russell from San Diego.
