Album Name: Club Meeting Return to Albums
Album Date: Jul 22, 2010
Description: Tonight was Club Assembly Night - this type of meeting gives each member ownership in our club by giving them a "voice" in the workings of the club. The topic tonight was "Should networking be permitted?" Vocational, International, and Community Directors of service opened discussions in a round table style forum, and asked our members for new ideas and input for service for our new 2010-2011 Rotary Year.

President Chuck Harris introduced Ambassadorial Scholar Robbie Leung. Our Ambassadorial Scholar Robbie Leung shared with the group her experiences as a Rotary Scholar and about her upcoming trip to the Netherlands. We enjoyed a visit from our Ambassadorial Scholar Robbie Leung. PP John Meyer gave her a warm welcome. President Chuck Harris, PP Harry Kubota, Betsy Kubota, PP Gloria Lao enjoyed the wonderful atmosphere of the Waikiki Yacht Club. PP John Meyer, PP and AG Liz Kane and Daryl Allison shared dinner together.
Norris Sandvold, Harold Murray, and Jane Ferreira discussed the round robin topic at tonight's Club Assembly night. Gotcha! PE Paul Jurcsak , Dianne Ward, and Anna Fishburn had a lively discussion going at their table. Our server-extraordinaire Joyce helps Glen Bailey and our Ambassadorial scholar, Robbie Leung, with their meal. The A big Mahalo goes out to our fashion co-ordinated adopted treasurers -- Doug Kam-Young, Jonathan Okabe, Jerry Taniyama --who are helping out Treasurer Gloria Lao with the collection of dinner fees. What a beautiful smile this sweet little girl has! It looks just like her grandpa's!!! Honolulu Sunset welcomed PP Win Schoneman's daughter and granddaughter!
