Guest Speaker Paul Sibley inspired all with his story of beating cancer the long, hard way, through determination and endurance running. PE Paul Jurcsak presented a library book to Guest Speaker Paul to sign for our adopted school Jefferson Elementary . Captain Nate Miyake of the Wounded Warriors Organization was a guest of Public Relations Chair Beth Hoban. Here pictured with Paul Sibley. Special Guests from Japan. Masanori and Kinsho Konno from the Rotary Club of Ichikawa-Civic of District 2790 in Japan celebrated their wedding anniversary with us! Welcome Back PDG Ayman! The club members welcomed back PDG Ayman El-Dakhakhni from his stay in Egypt with his family. Ayman congratulated the members on their contribution to helping to make the Rotaplast mission in Egypt so successful!
PDG Ayman with Foundation Director Rich Zegar. Ed Cassella (Honolulu Sunrise) shared fellowship time with Mina Ganapathy and her special guest. Now here's a motley crew: Alan Dixon, PP Harry Kubota, PE Paul Jurcsak, PP John Meyer. Glen Bailey shared fellowship time with our special guest from Langley, Canada, home of our favorite Langley Ukulele Kids!
WELCOME BACK! It was good to see fellow Rotarians Rich Zegar and Kazu Nomi back again from their respective travels! PDG Ayman brought back some wonderful art pieces from Egypt. He auctioned them off at the meeting and donated the money to RI Foundation. And guess who bought those wonderful Egyptian art pieces?
Sandy Gaston has a very satisfied look in his eyes! Way to go, Sandy! Enjoying the After Meeting Fellowship time: Christal Yount, Constance Hassell, Anna Fishburn, Jim Hoban, Liz Kane.
